Venue Hire in Brixton

The whole of Il Maremmano, for your group. We're on Tulse Hill, between Brixton and Herne Hill, and hold up to 30 guests inside, 24 of them seated — or 35 when the courtyard is open in summer.

How hiring works

There's no hire fee. Exclusive hire works on a minimum spend, and food and drink both count towards it. Drinks can go on a bar tab, or guests can pay as they go. A deposit holds the date. Send us the date and numbers and we'll come back with availability and the details.

Music

Plug your own playlist into the sound system, or book a DJ. Sam and Rhys of Here On Earth, who programmed the bar's nights, can play your party or bring in one of their DJs - we'll quote on request. 

Food and drink

Food is a standing, buffet-style spread from the bar menu: arancini, crostoni, pizzette, and boards of salumi and formaggi. We take the order, with any dietary requirements, two weeks before. Drinks lean Italian - Negronis, Spritz, Tuscan wine from small producers  alongside locally brewed beer.
